Commissioning as a reusable template

Every machine or plant type gets its own procedure: mechanical checks, electrics, controls, function tests, performance proof, operator instruction. Predecessors define what may only start after which step; owners and expected times are on the step.

• Factory acceptance (FAT) in your own hall, site acceptance (SAT) at the customer
• Test and measurement sequences with readings as a finding on the step
• Repetition after a rebuild or rework with the same plan
• Sub plans for mechanics, electrics, software and suppliers

Report-back from the site

On a phone, “My tasks” shows only your own steps; reporting done is one tap, even where there is no desktop computer. Project management sees in the live board at once what can start, what is blocked and what is running – without a phone call.

The customer watches – if you want

Access grants apply per project or plan, read or write. The customer can follow the progress of the commissioning live or report their own steps back, without seeing any other project.

Handover with a protocol

At the end there are the closing report and the project archive: every step with person, time, finding and attachments, plus lead times per activity. The findings flow into the template – so the next plant of the same type starts with a proven procedure.
