Can contractors take part?
Yes. Access grants apply per project or plan, read or write. A contractor sees only their own steps and reports them back themselves.
Does it work away from a desk?
Yes. On a phone, “My tasks” shows only your own steps; reporting back is one tap, right at the machine.
