Every team sees live what can start, what is blocked and what is running. A closed step releases its successors immediately and the people responsible are notified – by mail, in the browser and, if you wish, in a Microsoft Teams channel. Report-back comes from the desk or from a phone.
Independent of the ERP system
CaRD Plan does not touch your ERP system; it steers the steps of the people doing the cutover. That is why it fits SAP S/4HANA as well as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle JD Edwards or any other implementation, migration or harmonisation.
What the go-live cost
On request every task carries planned and actual costs: the estimate on the activity or in the template, the actual costs entered by the person responsible in the live plan. Likewise the objects a task touches – such as material or change numbers. After the go-live the “Objects and costs” overview shows planned, actual and variance plus all objects touched; the closing report contains the same.
Afterwards: a report instead of a pile of e-mails
Management summary and closing report are generated as PDF; the project archive holds the catalogue, every plan, the attachments and the complete history – plus the template for the next site, the next release or the next company code.

Does CaRD Plan work independently of the ERP system?
Yes. CaRD Plan steers the cutover steps of the teams involved and needs no interface to the ERP system. It therefore fits SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle JD Edwards and any other implementation.
How many people can work on the cutover weekend at the same time?
Any number. Status changes appear for everyone in real time; concurrent changes to the same step are detected and not overwritten.
Can we take over our existing cutover plan?
Yes. Activities can be loaded from a file; organisations using the SAP solution ZZGLP “GoLive-Planung” take over projects, plans, long texts and attachments with an export report.
